PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Savills has developed the architecture project and technical monitoring of the insurance company Tranquilidade headquarters in Lisbon, with the goal of rethinking the way of working, promoting total flexibility and the possibility of recurring changes to the functional program.

It was through an open space implementation, punctuated by meeting rooms, pantry, phone booths and printing corners, totally movable. That objective was achieved.

In addition to the office spaces, a new store and a space for auditoriums and training rooms were also developed.

The careful selection of materials and the exclusive design of the carpentry pieces and partitions conferred a new contemporaneity and established an intrinsic relationship with the rebranding process of the company, without losing sight of corporate values and its history of more than 100 years.
