Project Description

Savills developed a concept of dynamic and wide space, with different ambiences highly communicative between them, along the 3 floors of the building with a total of 2,500 sq.m.

The main goal is to foster communication and interaction between all the teams. Therefore, the new workplace strategy had to become the engine for improved interaction. To achieve this, new measures were implemented, such as: changing the type of work station, standardising its use, without marked places and supported in the use of a locker, and also extending its individual work area to others of informal use and meetings with the teams.

Throughout the project the guiding principles of sustainability in buildings were taken into consideration and shared by client and Savills.

In a new space of Shared Services, the Thales Group Portugal marks its position towards the market, with an innovative project capable of stimulating and enhancing the productivity of its future users, where comfort and well-being will certainly be easily distinguished. For Savills it was a remarkable project, consolidating its relationship with a long-standing client.
