Project Description

The SIEMENS GS IT project results from the client's desire to shift is one paradigm. The initial intention was to leave the corporate and traditional image by adopting a new concept of workspace, focusing on new trends, satisfaction, and well-being of people. With these starting points, the development of the project resulted in a wide and dynamic space.

Throughout the 8,000 sq.m that compose the office space, all spaces took great intervention in acoustics solutions, connectivity, lighting and biophilic design elements.

In addition to the project, Savills was selected for the execution of the construction work, which despite having been two completely distinct phases, we can state that it came very close to the logic of a Turnkey Project. The deep knowledge of the project and building turned out to be a great advantage in accomplishing the challenging deadline. The construction phase incorporated a workcafe and informal auditorium area, with project developed by Nebula Architects, where the detail of the project and the strictness in the execution of the work by Savills represented a result of excellence.

This project, which has become an international reference within the SIEMENS inner sphere, has ended up consolidating a long-standing relationship between the client and Savills, becoming a significant addition to our portfolio of projects and works.
