Savills Transforms SIEMENS GS IT Offices with Innovative Design and Integrated Construction
The SIEMENS GS IT project marks a paradigm shift in office design, aiming to move away from the traditional and institutional model towards a modern concept focused on employee well-being, flexibility, and experience.
Savills was responsible for the development and execution of the project, creating an 8,000 sq.m environment with strong attention to acoustics, connectivity, natural lighting, and biophilic elements. The result is a spacious and dynamic space aligned with global trends in work environments.
The construction, divided into two phases, followed a turnkey project logic, benefiting from Savills’ deep knowledge of the building and concept. This approach enabled meeting tight deadlines and delivering with precision.
Highlights include the workcafe and informal auditorium, designed by Nebula Architects, where meticulous detail and rigorous execution resulted in a functional and welcoming space.
The project has become an international reference within Siemens and strengthened the long-standing partnership with Savills, establishing itself as a milestone in the company’s portfolio.
