New Savills Residential Store: Architecture that Reflects the Brand
Savills Portugal has inaugurated a new boutique-style residential store at Avenida da República 25A in Lisbon, designed to offer clients a personalized and distinctive experience.
Strategically located in the heart of Avenidas Novas, near the MB4 Office Building, the company strengthens its presence in one of the city’s most dynamic and prestigious areas.
Housed in a century-old building that was recently rehabilitated, the space was selected by the Retail department and fully refurbished by the Savills Architecture team, with the goal of reflecting the brand’s identity and values.
The intervention, covering a total area of 190 m², included the development of the fit-out project and full execution of the construction works. The new open-plan space stands out for its generous ceiling height, which enhances visual amplitude and maximizes natural light through large façade openings, creating a bright, fluid work environment.
Set within a historic Art Nouveau building, the façade was carefully preserved, maintaining its original character and distinctive charm. Inside, the choice of materials and finishes focused on comfort and well-being, integrating natural elements such as wood and greenery, a neutral color palette, and subtle color accents, resulting in a balanced, welcoming, and contemporary atmosphere.
