Savills Designs the New Saint-Gobain IT Services Office in Lisbon – A Space of Innovation and Sustainability

Savills developed a turnkey fit-out project covering 600 m² for Saint-Gobain IT Services, the technology division of the Saint-Gobain Group, a global leader in innovation and sustainable construction materials.

The challenge was to reimagine an outdated and technically limited space, transforming it into a modern, functional, and inspiring work environment that reflects the brand’s solid, innovative, and sustainable identity.

The design concept sought to highlight the generous ceiling height and abundant natural light, elements that served as the foundation for creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. A warm color palette, timeless materials, and natural textures enhance the sense of comfort and authenticity, while the integration of materials produced by Saint-Gobain itself reinforces the coherence between the space and the brand’s DNA.

The layout was conceived to ensure flexibility, well-being, and collaboration, responding to new work dynamics and the growing need for environments that promote both efficiency and interaction.
