Savills developed in a turnkey model the renovation of the common areas of Ricardo Severo 3 building in Oporto, an asset of M7. 

The intervention contemplates the lobby and the vertical accesses that grow from the underground floors to the roof. The solution found brings new colours to the walls around the vertical accesses, as well as a more vibrant colour on the staircase floor that extends across the handrail, creating a vertical column of the building characterised by the use of the same colour with a light marking the interior.

The toilets have undergone a more profound intervention, being totally renovated. New coverings were used which allowed a more up-to-date reading as well as a more detailed illumination, making this space more able to serve the large number of employees per floor.

The entrance lobby, characterised by its fluid design, welcomes colaborators and visitors who access the building every day with another dynamism. The walls, now fully covered with light grey carpentry, create a lighter entrance that finds at the end a wall fully worked with light inside.
