Project Description

In 2014, the owner of the Arquiparque 7 building, seeking to retain his tenants' interest in staying in the building for more years, searched through various interventions to improve the quality of ambience in the building, providing it with a set of energy and air quality rnovations, as well as accessibility and safety upgrades in response to the request of the tenant L'Oréal.

In addition to the design of L'Oréal's floor layouts, Savills was responsible for the Project Management of the operation, monitoring from the beginning of the negotiations of the new lease agreement, until the conclusion of the work, passing through the design of the various spaces of the building, with the exception of L'Oréal Academy, a project carried out by architect Nuno Silva Dias.

With the reduction of the floors occupied by LOP, from 7 to 5, the renovation of the spaces in relation to the energy consumption of the building resulted in a decrease of 46,13% in CO2 emissions, from 323 tonnes/year to 174 tonnes/year, reflecting a 30% reduction success in operating costs.
