Arquiparque 7: Renovation Combining Sustainability, Technology, and Workplace Well-being

The renovation project of three floors in the Arquiparque 7 building, initiated in 2021, aimed to transform the space into a more collaborative, technological, and sustainable environment focused on the well-being and work-life balance of L’Oréal employees.

To achieve this, the design adopted a modern concept with open space and hot desking, creating flexible work zones that include focus areas tailored to different work styles and needs. This diversity of spaces promotes greater productivity and comfort for each employee.

Sustainability is present in every detail: biophilic elements throughout the building bring nature closer to the workspace, while the installation of a composting unit on the terrace enables the reuse of organic waste. The project also incorporates best practices in efficient energy and water management, along with the selection of eco-friendly materials and furniture, contributing to reducing the building’s ecological footprint.

Beyond the physical transformation, the Savills Architecture team worked closely with L’Oréal to implement a Change Management process, facilitating employees’ adaptation to this new dynamic and flexible environment without losing the brand’s unique identity.
