Project Description

The remodelling project for three floors of the Arquiparque 7 building began in 2021, aiming to become a more collaborative, technological and sustainable space, with greater focus on the well-being and work-life balance of employees.

Besides the open space in hot desking format, focus areas and work areas were also created according to the needs of each employee. In addition, throughout the building we can find biophilic elements, a composting box for reuse of waste in the terrace area, good practices in the management of electricity and water and a choice of materials and furniture that potentiated the reduction of the ecological footprint.

Savills' Architecture department implemented, together with L'Oréal's team, a Change Management process, with the objective of providing all employees a positive adaptation to the new space, which is more dynamic and flexible, without ever losing the identity, which was characteristic of the L'Oréal brand.
