Savills Transforms Logicor’s Office, Bringing to Life a Workspace that Inspires the Future of Work

In the heart of Lisbon, on the iconic Avenida da República, Savills gave a new life to a dated and fragmented space, transforming it into a modern and functional environment. This is how Logicor’s new office was born. A workspace designed to meet today’s demands and prepared for tomorrow’s challenges, where functionality, comfort, and identity come together with a single purpose.

With 220 m², this corporate fit-out project reflects Logicor’s essence: professionalism, trust, and a forward-looking vision.

From the very first sketch, the goal was clear, to create a space where the brand’s identity would become an experience. Savills developed a fluid layout that naturally guides both sight and movement. The reception area welcomes visitors with a discreet yet inviting presence, while the precisely positioned meeting rooms foster communication and focus. At the heart of the office, the open space area encourages idea sharing and collaboration, a genuine reflection of Logicor’s culture.

The project also includes phone booths, a locker room, a kitchenette, and restrooms, bringing together all the essentials for daily well-being and productivity.

Natural light flows throughout the office, shaping a serene and balanced atmosphere. The selected materials and color palette reinforce the coherence of the environment and project Logicor’s visual identity with elegance and consistency. Every decision, from the circulation paths to the texture of the finishes, was designed to transform the way people live and work in the space.

More than a physical renovation, this project represents a close collaboration between Savills and Logicor. Continuous teamwork and a shared vision were key to achieving a result that expresses purpose, culture, and ambition.
