The new office of the investment management company is located on Omni’s 5th floor with an extension of 250 sq.m that were totally designed and executed by the Architecture department of Savills Portugal. The project took into consideration Lace's needs, a company with a very young, dynamic and transparent spirit.
The project was developed in close relationship with the client, in order to adapt the existing space to future needs. These values are reflected in the new space: a clear, comfortable, and timeless environment.
Wok carried out in a turnkey model, with a very short execution time. The result reflects a functional and pleasant space, with the professional characteristics necessary for Lace's consultants to perform their duties with the upmost comfort and efficiency.
