Modern, Flexible, and Sustainable Offices

The Fidelidade building in Porto underwent a complete transformation through an innovative Fit Out project, designed to create contemporary, ergonomic, and functional workspaces. The main challenge lay in the building’s unique characteristics, with large open-plan areas offering significant potential for flexibility and customization.

Two main areas of intervention:

• Office floors – approximately 2,300 m² dedicated to workstations, collaborative zones, and focus areas.
• Intermediate floor – GREEN POD – around 400 m² designed for hybrid and support functions, with a strong focus on collaboration and well-being.

Across these spaces, different types of environments were developed: from individual desks to focus rooms, informal meeting zones, and private spaces for calls. This diversity ensures flexibility and efficiency, allowing each employee to choose the work setting best suited to their tasks.

A soft, contemporary, and natural architecture

The project followed a clear and contemporary architectural language, using natural materials aligned with Fidelidade’s identity. The result is a space that balances modernity and comfort, fostering creativity and productivity without losing the functionality essential to a corporate environment.

Sustainability and well-being

Sustainability was present in every phase of the project. Beyond the renewal of work areas, special attention was given to rest and leisure spaces, reinforcing the well-being and quality of life of the teams.

Natural elements and biophilic design principles were integrated to create dynamic and healthy environments. All decisions considered ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) criteria, reflecting Fidelidade’s commitment to responsible, long-term practices.

This project goes beyond a simple renovation: it redefines how we think about workspaces. Today, the Fidelidade building in Porto stands as a model of the offices of the future, ready for the challenges of the present and the evolution of the workplace.
