Project Description

Savills has developed the architectural project in a Turn Key model to Chanel new headquarters in Lisbon, in which it was able to meet the desired requirements, presenting creative and sophisticated solutions that positively over delivery the ideals proposed by the brand.

Chanel's new offices are characterised by fluidity as a result of the strong relationship with the exterior through large windows to one of the most prestigious areas of Lisbon. The choice of materials highlights the contrast of large iron sliding planes that contain spaces and the soie sauvage that decorates the whole space.

The biggest challenge of the project was to combine geometric and simple design with the complexity and controlled costs, which did not prevent the use of innovative solutions, exceeding client's expectations.

The new headquarters strives for new approaches to the workspaces, ensuring a contemporary environment that reflects the Chanel identity and principles.
