Project Description

Located at 180^th in Avenida da Liberdade, we find the Tivoli Forum building that combines the multifunctionality of uses (Offices, Residential, Retail & Hospitality) an ideal place and building for the implementation of the new offices of BOREAL, a company of Engineering and Hydraulic Services.

The Architecture Department of Savills was invited and selected to carry out the project and work in a turnkey model.

The needs were identified, and the project guidelines defined, which are summarised in a general layout that, in addition to responding to the current needs, had the flexibility and possibility of future adaptations resulting from the company's natural dynamics.

The main concern in defining the layout was choosing natural tones materials, and creating space that transmits the sensation of high comfort and well-being, providing together a good working environment.

The open space along with the offices enclosed by glass partitions, allow the fluidity of natural light and privilege a clear view of the background of Avenida da Liberdade.
