Project Description

Savills developed the turnkey project for the new offices of BNI EUROPA, in Torre das Amoreiras. The main goal of the project was to create a space that would reflect the dynamic and disruptive image of this digital and innovative entity in the market.

At the base of this creative image is a simple and non-regular open space, with a layout of workstations disposed in long tables, alternated with informal areas developed for this project and fully integrated within the workstations. The central core is strongly characterised by informal meeting areas and technical rooms, which together with the meeting rooms enhance the intended collaborative values.

Biophilia is a general characteristic of the space, marked by green and earthy tones, natural and artificial plants, and organic lines, which contributed to the fluidity of the space.
