Savills and Chanel create sophisticated corporate space in the heart of Lisbon

Chanel selected Savills to develop the project for its new base in Lisbon, encompassing architecture, execution, and construction management. The goal was to create an elegant, functional space aligned with the brand’s identity. The result exceeded expectations.

Located in one of the city’s most prestigious areas, the workplace stands out for its spatial fluidity and strong connection to the outdoors, thanks to large windows that enhance natural light and the urban surroundings.

The project featured high-end materials, such as soie sauvage, and striking solutions like sliding iron panels, which define spaces with both sophistication and flexibility.

One of the main challenges was combining geometric simplicity with complex technical solutions while maintaining cost control. Savills succeeded in innovating and delivering a space that reflects Chanel’s DNA with precision and taste.
