Empreendimentos em Lisboa

Restelo and Belém

Unlike the mythical Old Man of Restelo character created by the poet Luís Vaz de Camões, this neighbourhood has shown itself to be optimistic, and with no tragic outcome. Restelo is calm, with a family atmosphere and a variety of schools, making it a good place to raise children, as well as enjoying some of the city’s best croissants and palmiers pastries. Although part of Greater Lisbon, this neighbourhood is different from the rest because of its abundant vegetation. Part of its charm is the sense of the river Tagus meeting the Atlantic Ocean.

Close by is BELÉM, one of Lisbon’s bestknown areas. Home to famous custard tarts (pastéis de Belém), this neighbourhood has much to offer, including culture that spans the time of the Discoveries to the most contemporary incarnations. Living in Belém is being close to the Monument to the Discoveries, Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower. It also means sharing space with the illustrious artists who feature at Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB) or the Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology (MAAT). It's having a huge, green space by the river, where kids and grown-ups can play sports, read, have a picnic or simply sit on the grass and watch the boats navigating the Tagus. Living in Belém is also listening to different languages that appreciate the best that ours has to offer.
