The difference could well be in the strength of its three pillars: its culture, homes and jobs. It is, by all accounts, a great place to live, with city centre living in strong demand; it has a diverse and thriving employment sector and a strong talent pool; and a multifaceted cultural scene that has gained global notoriety for its food and music scene.
