On the other hand, global investment in the logistics market surged to unprecedented levels in the past two years, reaching a historic peak in the first quarter of 2022. However, the momentum shifted in the first quarter of 2023, as transaction activity experienced a significant decline. But despite the downturn, investor confidence in the sector remains resilient.
