On Thursday 22nd October 2020 we held a webinar to launch our 2020 ‘Spotlight on Development: delivering new homes resiliently’ report hosted by Patrick Eve, Head of Regional Development.

Lucy Greenwood, Director, Residential Research, presented the findings from this year’s Spotlight paper and in particular how development can be resilient through changing times including:

• Who currently buys new build and the potential to diversify the demographic of buyers
• The benefits of delivering a range of tenures
• How energy efficiency and sustainability are important to what we deliver in the future

This was followed by a debate on these topics with Patrick Eve and three guest panellists, Mary Parsons, Tom Nicholson and Tim Leathes.
