-The industrial and logistics real estate segment recorded its highest-ever annual absorption of 76.5 mn sq. ft., reflecting 18.6% Y-o-Y growth. 

-The market witnessed a supply infusion of 77.4 mn sq. ft., of which Tier-II and III cities accounted for 18%. 

-Delhi-NCR remained at the top with the highest absorption at 17%, followed by Pune and Mumbai at 15% and 14% each. 

-The manufacturing segment accounted for 29% of total absorption, followed by a sustained demand from the 3PL and FMCG & FMCD segments.
