Hyderabad, aided by proactive government policies, excellent infrastructure and talent availability amongst other key factors, has been the fastest growing real estate market in India. As witnessed across the world, the pandemic had slowed down office leasing activity in the city during 2020 and parts of 2021. However, the revival in leasing activity has been robust in the second half of 2021. Occupiers have started to return to offices in a calibrated yet steadfast manner.
A recovery in the making
In terms of office space take-up, the city has demonstrated a visible uptick in leasing activity in recent times and has firmly established itself as a top three contender in the country’s office market.
