The Pune market witnessed absorption of 6.5 million sq. ft. in 2021 against 3.9 million sq. ft. in 2020. On the supply side, the city witnessed completion of 4.4 million sq. ft. in 2021, of which over 83% completions/supply was witnessed in the Chakan-Talegaon micro-market.
