SCPI Upêka expands Dutch real estate portfolio with acquisitions in Breda

SCPI Upêka has expanded its real estate portfolio in the Netherlands with the purchase of two buildings in Breda, acquired through a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The two assets comprise c.6,100 sq m, consisting of c.4,700 sq m of light industrial space at Tinstraat 12 and c.1,400 sq m of office space at Tinstraat 7. The properties are situated opposite each other and are leased for a period of ten years to a market leader in the production and R&D of laboratory systems.

Buyer SCPI Upêka was advised by Savills, Aquila Asset Management and AKD (legal, notary and tax).SGS conducted the technical due diligence. The seller was advised by JLL and DVLP Lawyers (legal and notarial).
