This boutique building offers not only modern offices in the city centre but also access to green areas which have been shown by research to foster employee creativity and productivity. The adjacent park is more than just trees and plants - it is a place where our tenants can feel inspired to think of innovative business solutions or simply enjoy a moment of respite. For us, Find Your Balance is not just a slogan, it is a concept we promote among tenants,” says Lidia Malec, Associate, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.
