Savills Niklas Samuelsson was named Sweden’s business advisor of the year 2023 on 11 December as part of prestigious trade magazine Fastighetsvärlden’s annual awards. Carolina Herling, Savills Sweden’s head of investment, came second.
An independent jury of industry experts chose Niklas ahead of 16 other nominees, including well-known competitors. This is the second time Niklas has won the award.
