Savills and JLL bring Warehouse in Palmela to the market

The warehouse, with a total area of 10,300 sq. m, is located in Quinta do Anjo, in a privileged area of logistics expansion

Savills and JLL are marketing a logistics warehouse in Palmela that is available for rent.

This warehouse, belonging to property developer Wealimit, was recently refurbished, and is located in the logistics expansion area of Quinta do Anjo, less than ten minutes from the A2 motorway and Autoeuropa. With 10,300 sq. m, this complex now has three of its four warehouses ready for letting, with a total of 7,200 sq. m to be marketed.

With modern technical features and ample areas available for occupation, this property is an excellent option for companies looking for storage and distribution space for their products.

The areas available for occupation range from 1,000 to 7,200 sq. m, with a ceiling height of 9.8 metres in the warehouses. In addition, the asset has six docks/gates, a car park for heavy vehicles and two for light vehicles, with a total of 106 slots – 55 for customers, 46 for employees and 5 for people with reduced mobility. It also has an installed capacity of 257,918 kWh, with the possibility of extending it to 800 kVA.

“This asset is located in one of the most consolidated industrial areas in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, offering excellent accessibility to various types of transport, making it a great asset for companies wishing to start an industrial operation here quickly”, points out Samuel Lima, Industrial & Logistics Associate, Savills Portugal.

“This property is an excellent opportunity for companies looking for a strategic and privileged location, especially at this stage, when there is a great shortage of product and a significant growth in demand and investment in the Industrial and Logistics sector. In addition, it is a renovated space, and therefore a good bet for companies that prefer more modern and functional areas, plus the proximity to Lisbon, another key point in the quality of this asset”, highlights Mariana Rosa, Head of Markets at JLL.
