Savills, through its Industrial & Logistics department, has just placed Paack, a leading Spanish company in sustainable delivery solutions for e-Commerce and one of the most important technological start-ups at international level in the logistics sector, in the logistics development in Adarse.

The company, which already has sustainable distribution coverage for 24.5 million inhabitants, will occupy a space of approximately 4,000 sq m which is part of the asset located on one of the country’s main logistics routes and which was recently refurbished with the aim of obtaining BREEAM In-Use certification. The development currently has between 4,000 and 12,000 sq m of space available, suitable for companies wishing to operate in a high-quality logistics park in a privileged location with high sustainability standards.

Recognised for being a technological platform that optimises, automates and robotises operational chain processes, Paack already operates in four countries – Spain, France, Portugal and Italy – and in more than 100 European cities, in Portugal its activity serves 85% of the population.
