NTT DATA installs Clinical Solutions Hub at Braga Business Centre through Savills

The global business and technology consultancy, which is one of the 10 largest IT services companies in the world, reinforces investment in Braga

Savills, through its Offices department, has just relocated global business and technology consultancy NTT DATA to the Braga Business Centre, where the company has moved the Hub dedicated to the development of clinical solutions as a result of the need for a larger space in line with the organisation's working culture.

The company, which this year was recognised as the sixth most valuable brand worldwide among IT service providers and is also the fastest-growing in the sector's Top 10, has instructed Savills to support the expansion of its offices in the north of the country.

In keeping with its policy of local expansion through the creation of specific knowledge hubs in small or medium-sized cities, specialised in sectors or technologies and close to universities and polytechnics, the company, whose headquarters in Portugal are in Lisbon, will occupy a new space that is entirely open-plan. In terms of amenities, users will be able to make use of the building's communal spaces, including a terrace.

NTT DATA, which already has a presence in several regions of the country, is thus reinforcing its investment in the city of Braga, integrating a building with an avant-garde and sustainable concept, which benefits from excellent accessibility and high visibility in the city.

"This operation is extremely important, both because of the prestige and size of the client and because Savills is also strengthening its position in this part of the country. Throughout the process, the availability shown by NTT DATA was essential for this successful outcome and Savills, through its consolidated experience in the market, demonstrated the ability to respond assertively to the requirements presented by the client," points out Frederico Leitão de Sousa, Head of Offices at Savills Portugal.
