Verenigd Beheer acquires new-build Elements flats in Amsterdam

Verenigd Beheer has acquired the unique residential tower Elements, which KondorWessels Vastgoed is developing in Amsterdam’s Amstelkwartier, for an undisclosed price.

The building with spectacular views will be 70 metres high and offer 70 owner-occupied flats, 70 rental dwellings, an indoor swimming pool overlooking the Amstel River, commercial facilities on the ground floor, a courtyard garden and a roof garden. The owner-occupied flats are being sold in several phases (www.elements-living.nl).

The design by Koschuch Architects has won international awards. Hundreds of different options were compared by ARUP to determine the optimum design, taking into account the elements in its surroundings: sun, water, wind and greenery.

The sale involves a total of 70 energy-efficient rental dwellings with an EPC label of - 0.18 and an MPG of 0.50, which will be leased in the mid-range segment. In addition, 650 sq m of commercial facilities will feature. Construction is scheduled to start in December 2022.

KondorWessels Vastgoed was advised commercially by Cushman & Wakefield and legally by Houthoff; the buyer was assisted commercially by Savills, legally by Dentons, and technically by Miggelbrink Vastgoed.
