Inside The Box: Redefining Global Occupier Services, Together

How a legacy of tenant representation gives global occupiers a more responsive service platform

Savills is redefining Global Occupier Services to better serve clients every day. In North America, our DNA as a tenant/occupier advisor is rooted in our legacy as the organization that originated the idea that occupiers deserved staunch advocacy. This “tenant-first” mindset persists to this day for our global occupier services team. Over time, our platform evolved to meet the critical strategy development, account management, and corporate governance requirements that clients demand to meet C-suite scrutiny. Driven by exceptional service delivery, the platform and team have proven effective and responsive to the needs of clients across virtually all sectors and geographies – from growth companies seeking to enter and expand across markets, to multi-nationals seeking the best guidance regarding millions of square feet in occupied space around the world. This applies across property type as well.

Our original inspiration? How to build the best platform to speed and inform decision-making, manage costs, and optimize portfolio performance for companies whose real estate was driven by their C-suite. This has produced a scalable approach that corporate real estate leaders have adopted and deployed at the decision-making table. Our goal? Help clients leverage real estate to contribute to their organization's financial, operational, and strategic success.

Led by client need, Savills Global Occupier Services continues to make critical investments in both talent and technology, expanding our expertise in portfolio and project management, lease administration, transactional excellence, and workplace strategy. Recent moves by Savills include the acquisition of Macro Consultants, a nationally-recognized project management firm, as well as the acquisition of Dallas-based SRS Lease Administration, LLC, and T3 Advisors, a leader in real estate and workplace solutions advisory for life science and technology companies. Savills continues to bolster our leadership teams within key markets, ensuring both market- and industry-specific expertise can support diverse clients and their domestic and global portfolios.

Led by client trust, we developed a cross-regional partnership account approach that delivers market-specific transaction, workplace, and workspace solutions. We are both local experts and global partners. Our award-winning, innovative digital analysis and reporting tools are designed to offer personalized, clear, and transparent insight. Most importantly, we offer results, accountability, and reporting that can withstand C-Suite scrutiny. This positions our corporate real estate client partners as leading voices for their internal executive leadership teams.
