Six of the best energy efficient new build homes

The rise in the cost of living and a continued desire to be as eco-friendly as possible means that for many buyers the energy efficiency of their potential new home remains an important deciding factor.

Indeed, across all respondents of our last client survey carried out amongst those who had either recently bought or were researching their future move, a high Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating was the second most popular reason for choosing a new build property, just behind low maintenance costs.

From a bespoke biophilic carbon neutral scheme in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, to A-rated developments in Norfolk, Essex, Sussex and Scotland – featured below are a few of the most energy efficient new build homes currently on the market.
