The Danish part of the WPP agency Wunderman has signed a major lease agreement for 10,000 square meters in a creative office building in Nordvest.
According to the broker on the case, it is a great building potential in combination with a vibrant and creative local environment that makes the office building on Glentevej something extraordinary, which over time will attract attractive workers from both Denmark and abroad.
New standards for the local area
The office building is located in the former industrial building on Glentevej in Copenhagen's Northwest district. The property used to house the hairdressing school but will now be transformed into a modern and highly efficient office building with space for more than 700 employees. After many years of use, the hairdressing school's former teaching property was left tired and run-down. The property will now undergo an extensive renovation to create a welcoming and modern office building that will set new standards for the local area.
The Northwest Quarter on the move
The Nordvestkvarteret and the area around Glentevej is a burgeoning business community and is being transformed into a diverse and inspiring local environment.
