The buyer of the portfolio is Ejendomsselskabet Viscorp A/S. The portfolio consists of seven individual properties with different uses. All properties are extremely well-maintained and feature a solid cashflow from day one.

The portfolio has been sold for a larger amount in the three-figure million range, but the exact transaction sum is not disclosed.

Despite the lower transaction activity, we see increasing investment interest in the market, and we expect activity to intensify in the period to come.
