6 of the best...Homes with views of London's bridges

There are 35 bridges spanning the Thames between Hampton Court and Southwark. Each bridge is unique, from the ‘wobbly’ Millennium Bridge and the illuminated Albert Bridge (above) to Barnes Railway Bridge, one of the main reference points of the annual Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race.

Perhaps the most famous bridge is London Bridge, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this month. Its first incarnation dates back to Roman times and it has been rebuilt many times since then. The most recent version, completed in 1973, replaced a Victorian stone-arched bridge designed by John Rennie, which was famously sold to an American tycoon in 1968.

To celebrate London’s much-loved crossings, we have selected six of the best homes with views of city bridges.
