Properties in suburban locations and those in key regional towns and cities have experienced annual rental rises over the last quarter, with demand for homes across London’s commuter belt particularly strong.

In contrast to the ‘flight to the countryside’ that we experienced for much of last year, tenants’ priorities are now beginning to change as the vaccine rollout continues and people search for a home with good transport links which is close to shops, bars and restaurants.
