In the auctions world you can find all sorts of weird and wonderful lots that you wouldn’t find in a high street agent’s window – from project homes through to investment opportunities and some more eccentric lots too.
It’s been a year of firsts for us, as it has for many due to the circumstances brought about by Covid–19. We held our first remote auction back in March and now we’re holding our fifth live streamed sale and our first August sale on 25 August.
Our July sale saw over 100 lots offered and demand was demonstrably there from vendors for another summer sale. Despite the new ways of conducting auctions the same advantages ring true that you are in a unique position of purchasing your property in one day, unheard of in other areas of the market.
Going into this auction we have a good strong catalogue of more than 60 lots. Highlights include three residential flats near Paddington (pictured above) a great investment for those looking to get out to the West Country quickly; a home in Battersea in need of modernisation guided at £1.05 million; and, for those looking to move to the country after having reassessed their priorities during lockdown, we are also offering a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Poundon, near Bicester.
