Happy New Year to all!

A new decade has begun and we a back to work with renewed enthusiasm after the usual Christmas slowdown.

We are seeing a lot of rental interest at present with demand especially for larger apartments outstripping supply. We have a great 4 bed apartment for rent currently in Fontvieille, in the Quattrocento and with a view on the port. 

There has also been good take-up of the serviced apartments we have been marketing exclusively and we are delighted to see that residents there are renewing their initial leases, including our penthouse resident. A few units are available currently and are an attractive option for clients looking for brand new serviced apartments:  available on a one year lease basis, the studios/ one bed apartments are impeccably styled and equipped and offer a very chic and easy rental option to would-be residents.
