Need to blow away a few cobwebs? There's still time to take part in the Ramblers Festival of Winter Walks which takes place until 5 January and brings lovers of the outdoors together over the festive period.
As well as connecting ramblers with each other, the festival invites participants to embark on a journey through what it calls Britain's 'winter wanderland', meeting local people, exploring beautiful landscapes and boosting their own health and wellbeing into the bargain.
