Savills Monaco welcomed around 40 key contacts and clients to its breakfast presentation on 7 June 2019 to mark the launch of its Spotlight 2019 on the Monaco residential market. This annual publication has become an industry standard and is prepared as a joint venture between Savills World Research and Savills Monaco.
Sophie Chick, director of Savills World Research, gave a presentation on the Monaco residential market in 2018, highlighting Monaco’s continued growth, putting Monaco currently at the top of global residential values. Strong annual growth in prime values of 18.1% last year and an average price per m² of €48,800, keep Monaco among leading international cities for residential values.
Sophie also spoke about Monaco in a global context, contrasting the Monaco market in particular with the prime residential London market in 2018.
The breakfast was hosted by the Savills Monaco team led by Irene Luke and in the presence of Julien Ward, Savills Private Office. The event took place at Crem, the private members club for Monegasque nationals/ foreign residents in the Mirabeau building, Monaco.
