Why Sevenoaks is one of the best places to live
It was no surprise to see Sevenoaks one of 72 locations who made this year’s Sunday Times’ Best Places to Live list. I am biased, of course, but Sevenoaks is a lovely town which historically, has always delivered. Although I cover all of Kent and East Sussex, much of my work to date has been quite Sevenoaks-centric so I find my clients, and myself, gravitating towards it.

Sentiment improves as interest rates look to be on the way down
Since the beginning of the year, there has been a more positive feeling with regards to interest rates and in turn mortgage pricing. It is reassuring to find ourselves busy as mortgage rates have come down since last autumn (although they have also edged up again in the past few weeks).
