On Thursday 23 July 2020 we held a webinar on Unlocking the market: challenges and opportunities for development and planning in the South East hosted by Ian Fowler, head of south east development.

Gaby Foord (residential research) gave an overview of the latest market statistics for the South East residential market, with a focus on local case studies. This was followed by a presentation from Andrew Watson (associate director, planning) who provided an update on national policy including permitted development rights, major local infrastructure and progress on both housing and employment delivery.

Gaby and Andrew were then joined for a Q&A session by Tom Spencer (associate director from development in Guildford), Sam Kirkaldy (director from development in Sevenoaks), Tom Bryant (director from residential development sales in Sevenoaks) and Ed Hampson (analyst from residential research).
