From his work, it should be highlighted his performance as coordinator of technical due diligence (tdd) as well as support to consultancy and licensing.  He has also developed office fitout projects with the work coordination component.

Prior to joining Aguirre Newman in 2013, Alexandre started his activity in 1996 at Namex Investimentos Imobiliários and worked at AP+LD Arquitectos Associados Architecture office. At the same time he manages autonomously his activity as a real estate planner and manager.

In the areas of Architecture and Real Estate he developed his skills in the different phases of the architectural project and in the coordination of project and construction works.

In 2017, already as SAVILLS, he maintained his position as Architect, focusing on the development and implementation of the Technical Due Diligence.
