International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its Central London Investment team with the appointment of James Hiatt, who will join as a director in 2025 following a period of gardening leave, based at the firm’s Finsbury Circus office in London.
James has over 17 years’ experience specialising in Central London investment. James joins from CBRE, where he held the position of Senior Director in the central London capital markets team for seven years, prior to which he held positions at BNP Paribas and Avison Young.
