Savills is enhancing its Building & Project Consultancy team with the appointment of Martin Solár as Associate, Senior Project Manager, and Lucie Kratochvílová as Junior Cost & Project Manager. Martin Solár brings extensive expertise in project management and technical due diligence for industrial and retail projects. Lucie Kratochvílová will support the department in cost management and project coordination.

Therefore, the new members of our Building & Project Consultancy department will not only strengthen the core team, but also enhance flexibility and a proactive approach in managing our clients' projects," says Jan Jurčíček, Head of Building & Project Consultancy at Savills.
Martin Solár will strengthen the department with the experience gained at Panattoni, an industrial developer, where he was involved in all project phases from the acquisition process to final delivery, including permitting, tenders and construction phase coordination. He also worked at SENTIENT, where he conducted technical due diligence assessments and coordinated retail and industrial projects, including cost management. Martin Solár holds degrees from Chalmers University of Technology in Göteborg and Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. At Savills, he will expand the project team as Associate, Senior Project Manager - Building & Project Consultancy, and will be responsible for senior project management, particularly in the construction sector.
Lucie Kratochvílová joins Savills from LET'S BUILD, a company providing design and architectural services in the construction industry. She brings experience in planning and managing construction projects, including budgeting, schedule planning, subcontractor coordination, and project monitoring. Lucie holds a degree in Construction Engineering from the Technical and Economic University in České Budějovice. At Savills, she will take on the role of Junior Cost & Project Manager, supporting the team especially in cost management, scheduling and project coordination.
