Savills Expands Dallas Footprint with Relocation to 23Springs

The global real estate advisory firm will relocate its Dallas operations to the Class AA trophy officer tower in the Uptown submarket upon its completion

DALLAS (June 27, 2024) – Savills, the global real estate advisory firm, today announced that it is expanding its presence in Dallas, one of its core Texas markets, by leasing space on the 14th floor of Granite Properties’ 23Springs located at 2323 Cedar Springs Road. The firm will relocate to the Class AA property that resides in the bourgeoning Uptown submarket, after its completion in March 2025.

“Expanding our footprint at 23Springs reflects our longstanding commitment to Dallas, as well as desire to be located within the epicenter of the business community,” said Texas region Co-President Cally Miltenberger, who is based in Dallas. “This is a market in which we’ve doubled down on our recruitment and retention efforts, as evidenced by last year’s additions of two of the city’s leading tenant advisors Jihane Boury and Clay Vaughn.”

“As we approach our 25th anniversary of establishing roots in Dallas-Fort Worth it is fitting that we relocate to the premier office project in one of the area’s most progressive and dynamic submarkets,” said Texas region Co-President Mark O’Donnell.

The Dallas location will continue to scale its office and industrial tenant advisory services, with plans to add key professionals in capital markets, project management, and consultancy. Dallas will also be a major hub for Savills Global Occupier Services to support its growing account business, with the addition of transaction managers and lease administration professionals.

23Springs is being developed by Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties and is situated in the heart of the Uptown submarket in Dallas. The 26-floor, 626,215 square feet office development is designed for LEED and Fitwel certification. It features two separate restaurant buildings, a half-acre neighborhood park, and walkable retail and entertainment. Amenities will include a two-story hospitality-driven lobby with a coffee and wine bar, an upscale customer lounge with golf simulator, an outdoor lounge, a high-end fitness studio, state-of-the-art conference center, and a 6-level underground parking garage complemented by on-site valet services and 24/7 security monitoring.
