Ofi Invest has signed a lease agreement with an international 3PL company for a logistics complex of approximately 17,123 sq m, situated at Hilstraat 21 in Waalwijk, the Netherlands, consisting of industrial space, mezzanine space and office space. The large-scale logistics complex is located in Haven Zeven business park.

The asset is strategically located with access to the A59, waterways and offers fast connections to the surrounding areas, making it ideal for both national and international distribution. In addition to the location, the rapid availability and technical specifications of the property were decisive for the tenant.
