Savills has appointed Nicolò Bellavigna as Head of Office Tenant Representation in Italy with immediate effect. With a background in economics and finance from Bocconi University, he started his career at leading financial institution UBS Europe SE before working in tenant representation for JLL and DILS.

At Savills Nicolò will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s tenant representation services in Italy, collaborating with Savills Cross Border teams, with the goal of supporting corporate clients throughout the country. In addition, he will facilitate Italian companies' access to foreign markets through Savills network, mitigating risks related to local regulations and cultural barriers. He will report directly to Savills Italy CEO, Davide Dalmiglio.
