Victoria joins from Knight Frank and is a highly-regarded global property professional with over 20 years of experience, most recently based in Singapore where she was Head of Residential for the entire APAC region.  Her focus at Savills will be to support the continued expansion of the firm’s residential business throughout EMEA and Asia Pacific. 

Over the past 14 years, Victoria has specialised in residential primary market sales and marketing, residential development consultancy and sales initiatives, spanning the UK, Middle East and Asia.  Since 2017, her role encompassed the entire APAC region from a Singapore base, and over the preceding four years she was based in Dubai and covered the Middle East. 

Core markets of focus have included PRC, Australia, and India, with significant exposure to China for residential marketing, as well as the Singapore market for both inbound and outbound capital. Prior to that, her Middle East role took her into markets such as KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain.  Across all of her markets Victoria has developed strong relationships with UHNW and their intermediaries. Victoria has also been closely involved with the distribution of US developer stock into the world’s leading international markets.

Victoria, a mother to two young boys, is passionate about empowering and mentoring female leaders and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is a serial fundraiser for charity initiatives.
