Savills/Predibisa has already guaranteed the placement of 70% of the NATURA Building’s units

A quiet green Eden in Matosinhos

Savills/Predibisa confirms the successful commercialisation of this innovative and distinctive project of sober and contemporary architecture, designed by VisioArq, which continues to emerge on the site of the emblematic Efanor factory in Matosinhos.

According to architect Nuno Poiarez, co-founder of Visioarq: “(...) given the private green park of approximately 3 hectares on the NATURA site, each interior space reflects and lives from the outside, through transparent buildings, where the reflection of natural space and interior light take centre stage, also valuing the concept of Home Living designed in defragmented spaces to enhance family life(...)”.

The simplicity, lightness and comfort of the project, which offers housing types from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom, with a greater choice of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom types for larger or smaller families, favours the centrality of urban life (restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, schools, colleges, universities and two metro stations), but also privacy and outdoor living with tranquillity, among trees, water mirrors and pedestrian paths (30,000 sq m of existing green area).
