Savills has hired Raffaella Colacicco as Co-Head of Property Management Retail in Italy. Her appointment is part of the company’s consolidation of the retail management team, which began with the arrival of Alberto Albertazzi - Head of Retail Management - at the beginning of the year in order to strengthen Savills position as a market leader in the management of shopping centres.
Raffaella Colacicco has more than 15 years of experience in retail property and asset management. Her career includes senior roles at Gallerie commerciali Italia, Auchan Group's Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield where she provided advisory services for banks and real estate funds with regards to shopping centre acquisitions. Most recently she worked at WRM Real Estate Services, where she successfully managed and enhanced the assets of a major shopping centre portfolio with a focus on the company's ESG strategy.
Her extensive experience and strategic expertise perfectly aligns with Savills vision for the future of retail property management. Raffaella, who will lead the Retail Property Management department together with Alberto Scandelli, will ensure that Savills continues to provide excellent service to its clients and consolidate the company’s leadership position in the industry.
